• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Sharing rates are per Person Sharing per night.
• All rates include a substantial breakfast.
• Rates exclude Tourism Levy of 1%.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rands.
• Aark guest lodge has a child policy which states that children below the age of 12 stay for free only if they are sharing a room with their parents.

Booking Procedures & Terms of Condition

• We offer standard and luxurious rooms.
• Reservations are gladly accepted via telephone, in writing via mail, fax or e-mail and require 50% of the total stay to confirm the reservation.
• Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of above mentioned deposit.
• Should a deposit not be received as requested, the lodge reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any verbal or written notice.
• Deposit may be made direct into our bank account.

Cancellations

• 100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled 1 day or less prior to date of arrival, or if a " no show";
•  50% of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 1 day prior to date of arrival;
•  25% cancellation fee on the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 10 days prior to date of arrival.

The full extent of the stay will be charged for in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependent on the lodge's occupancy level. Please note - NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations are to be faxed directly to Aark guest lodge.
